Lene West

My name is Lene West

I'm from Denmark – born in Svendborg April 1953.I have one son and a grandson.

I'm a hairdresser and started my own business in 1976. Did build quickly to 12 employees and educated apprentices.

Did travel a lot to United Kingdom, France, Italy, and America to educate myself so I could go home and educate colleges with new styles. Did make many hair shows throughout Denmark. I'm always into a competition and did win hair styling and cutting in Danish competitions

Was a member of the Danish Association of Hairdressers in many years.

I was living a very busy life.

In 2000 I was introduced to Network Marketing for the first time and did work with this great opportunity parallel to my hairdresser business.

Nevertheless, I had a Plan B for the future

Had the dream to go full time as a networker and sell the business!

Nevertheless, sometimes ones get a hint if you can't take a decision!

I couldn't take my decision and broke my right arm December 2010.

Had three operations in 2 years, and could never work as a hairdresser again

Finally, I sold my business in 2012 and vent fulltime with my plan B, - my dream came through

My next dream was in many years to live my life in Copenhagen – so I did live that out too in 2013 and live there still.

Age doesn't count – only our mindset count if we want something with the heart - then go with it

The best decision ever in my life was to go full time in the fastest growing industry - direct selling industry

Love to live the financial freedom life

Love to work closely with people and see them grow with their dreams

We have only one life - don't waste it on others dreams

I did always say: I'll not leave the earth without living my dreams out!

Søren Kjær

My name is Søren Kjær. I am a father of 3 girls and 2 boys ages 8 to 28 years old.

I have been working as a primary school teacher for the last few 15 years, and today I am also responsible for IT and trust in our school.

In the mid-'90s, I encountered direct sales for the first time, and the thinking behind the industry has always seemed appealing to me. In my first company (Quorum), I built together with good friends in Sweden and Norway an organization of approx. 10,000 people. Unfortunately, the company kept only a couple of years, so in 2005 I started up in Enliven with several of the my friends. We ran into some problems with the approval of the products due to a sweetener in the product. The sweetener was Stevia, and one might wonder that today it should be so big a problem, but that's what happens sometimes when you're a little up front.

The sum of my nearly 25 years of experience I gather here in Kannaway, and it is by far the best I've seen in my time in the industry.

René Ritto

My name is Renè Ritto

I'm Danish, even though my last name is Italian. Born July 28, 1970, and raised in Aarhus, which I personally think is the best city in the world.
I am married to Heidi. We signed the marriage treaty on July 12, 1997, and I have enjoyed every second ever since, and I am delighted that this amazing woman has been able to stand by me for all those years, and hopefully to the end of our days.

We have two wonderful children together. Oliver was born back on September 3, 1996, and Ann Sofie was born on November 30, 1997 - as you can see, they are grown-ups now, but in my heart, they will always be my kids.

We live in the center of Aarhus, right next to Skanseparken, behind Bruun's Gallery in a huge master bedroom apartment of 165 m2. It has been our home since 2013, and we love it. Being a city slicker in a small city is not so bad.
I have been an entrepreneur and self-governing almost all my life. Since 1989 I have been self-employed and earned my own money. Throughout the 30 years, I've always had something to do with sales.
I have sold everything from lip pomade to luxury villas and have always enjoyed helping others through sales services, only selling things I could believe in and vouch for.
I am very curious by nature and have and will always spend a lot of time listening to others' life stories and not least hearing about their business ideas. I do not want to live a life where I have passed on opportunities. If my mind tells me it's the right thing to try, I choose to do it 100 % rather than make it 20 %

Therefore, through my life, I've tested a lot of things and gained broad business experience. Some projects have gone well, and I have helped to change or build a concept that many people work or live by today, while a couple of projects have ended in financial disasters for my little family… BUT, after all, we've come across on the other side, because I've always lived by the following advice:
"If you're in a situation where you can only move forward by looking up, it's stupid to look down into the ground"

I was always told, "it's better to be straightforward than to be naughty" and I live by that. I call a shovel a shovel and some of you love it, others will get one in the head, while someone will be offended or perhaps a bit bumped. This is life, but some of you need to be shaken a little and I promise you I will be the first one to apologize if I go too far.
What I'm trying to say is that I hope we can inspire each other. That we might walk the same path, or any way get an understanding of each other's work and everyday life in this fortunate world.
Hugs and many thoughts
